management skills and ability to motivate and transform events with a structure helped in gearing
Maratha Arabians outfit into a winning combination. Gave opportunity to young talent, the likes of
Zahoor Khan and Sheraz Ahmed to represent the Franchise and they were later picked for UAE national
team. Spotted in T10, Zahoor was also selected to play in Canadian Premier League.
Player Management, team logistics and hospitality, organising training facilities and creating the ideal happy environment was the key for winning the Championship and the efforts were lauded by none less than Yuvraj Singh, Lasith Malinga, Chris Lynn, Andy Flower and Dwayne Bravo.
